Welcome to Whatsur20. By utilizing our SMS location directory platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Description of Service

Whatsur20 provides a consumer-initiated, text-to-query automated response system. Users interact with the service by sending keyword strings found on physical street signs or flyers to request specific location coordinates, descriptions, and maps for local community sales and events.

2. Program Opt-In & Consent

By sending an initial text message containing an active keyword to our platform, you explicitly consent to receive a single automated response message containing the requested event data. This interaction is transactional and entirely user-driven. Whatsur20 does not run subscription loops or recurring automated broadcasts.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to us or received from us under your mobile carrier plan. Please consult your wireless provider for specific rate structures.

4. Opt-Out & Help Instructions

• To stop receiving messages at any point, text the keyword STOP to our number. You will receive one final text confirming your successful opt-out.
• For assistance or configuration problems, text the keyword HELP, or contact our operations desk directly at support@whatsur20.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

Whatsur20 provides local event data submitted by third-party community hosts. We are not responsible for typographical errors on physical street layout signs, schedule changes, event cancellations, or carrier network transmission delays.
